Because cookies are freshly baked perishable items, physical returns cannot be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.

We will happily offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for verified issues.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Failure to pick up the order

• Orders left outdoors after contactless delivery

• Personal taste preference dissatisfaction

Local Delivery Policy
Freshly baked cookies delivered straight to your door.

• Available within a 10-mile radius of San Antonio, TX.

• Delivery times may vary based on order volume and baking schedule.

• Customers will receive an estimated delivery window once the order is ready.

• A recipient must be present to accept the order.

• Contactless delivery is available, and a photo may be provided as proof.

• 2 Mom Unlimited is not responsible for orders lost, damaged, or stolen after successful delivery.

Cancellation Policy
Freshly baked, made-to-order treats need prompt decisions.

• Cancellations must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order.

• After this timeframe, preparation or baking may have begun, and cancellations are not guaranteed.

• Refunds will not be issued for orders already in preparation or baked.

Pre-Order Policy

• Pre-orders require full payment at the time of placement.

• Delays may occur due to preparation time, high order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.
